If you are asking yourself whether it is a good thing to make a prepayment on your mortgage, and you don’t know the answer, you are in the enviable position of probably needing some financial or tax advice.  Merely asking the questions and realizing that you might need advice puts you in the minority of most people.

Whether you should pre-pay your mortgage is a VERY good question, but not knowing anything about you, or your finances, I cannot answer.  This video will hopefully give you a little bit of insight as to an answer, and at the very least, will give you some more information as to what other questions you should ask.
